Who we are

These sites belong to Lopez and Lopez, REALTORS®, a team at Long Realty Company, 6410 E Tanque Verde Rd, Tucson, AZ 85715. This policy covers mlslistings.app, 85749.net, 85750.net, 85710.net, 85747.net, 85641.net, bumblebeetle.app.

What we collect

We collect what you type into our forms: your name, email, phone if you give it, the property or area you ask about, your answers and your message. We also keep the page you came from, campaign tags, the time, your IP address, your browser type, and a record of the notices you saw and the choices you made.

Phone calls and our AI assistant

Calls to our published team lines may be answered by Rory, our AI assistant. Calls may be recorded and transcribed, and a summary goes to our team so a licensed team member can follow up. Recordings are kept for up to 90 days, then deleted. Call summaries and contact details may stay in our records as described under How long we keep it. If you do not want to talk with the assistant, email us at owner@mlslisting.net.

Website analytics

Basic website analytics on these inquiry and hub pages use a random session ID. These events do not include your name, email, phone or IP address. They do not contain contact information or IP addresses. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, we do not record these events on these pages. We delete them after 25 months. Listing-page view counts that come from the separate listing engine are being updated to honor the same signals.

How we use it

We use it to answer you, send what you asked for, connect you with a licensed team member, provide brokerage services, keep required brokerage and consent records, prevent abuse, and improve our sites.

Calls and texts

We call or text you only about your request, or for marketing if you checked a box agreeing to it. Agreeing is never a condition of buying or selling anything. Tell any team member or email us to stop calls. Our registered text program is for staff alerts only. We do not text the general public from that program.

Who we share it with

Long Realty Company and licensed members of our team. Service providers that run our hosting, database, email, phone and voice assistant, text alerts, scheduling and security, only so they can provide those services to us. Anyone the law, a regulator or a court requires. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not share mobile numbers or text opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email owner@mlslisting.net. We will answer within 45 days. Some records must be kept by law or by brokerage rules, and we will tell you when that applies. We will not treat you differently for asking.

Children

These sites are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it for your request, our brokerage and consent records, security and the law. Then we delete it or remove what identifies you.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards. No system is perfectly secure.

Changes

We post updates here with a new effective date.
