2. No agency by website use

Visiting a site, downloading information or submitting an inquiry does not create a broker-client, agency, fiduciary or other professional relationship and does not obligate either party to proceed. 3. Buyer agreements and compensation

Any price, value, payment, proceeds or both-numbers figure on these sites is an estimate to start a conversation. It is not an appraisal, an offer or a promise of what a buyer will pay. A cash offer figure is shown only when a named buyer has given it.

9. Dirt Report

A Dirt Report is our market opinion and a list of questions to check. It is not an appraisal, survey, title opinion, zoning decision, or tax or legal advice. Confirm each item with the right agency or professional.
